CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us immediately if you have to cancel your confirmed booking. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive the notification, which will be acknowledged.

You may cancel FREE OF CHARGE until 30 days before arrival. 

CHECK IN/OUT

The Chalet is available from 3:00 p.a. Check out until 11:00 a.m. 

PETS are not allowed.

El chalet estará a tu disponibilidad a partir de las 15:00 horas. Salidas hasta las 11:00 horas.

Sollten Sie Ihre Buchung stornieren wollen, bitten wir Sie, uns dies unverzüglich mitzuteilen. Die Stornierung ist nach Erhalt gültig und wird unumgänglich bestätigt. KOSTENFREIE STORNIERUNG 30 Tage vor Ankunft im Chalet.

Das Chalet steht ab 15:00 Uhr zu Ihrer Verfügung. Check out bis 11:00 Uhr.
